Looking for good middle aged cows with high value calves for the fall? Calved out and ready to go to grass. No calving risk, the work is done, calves should bring good money this fall. Mostly one iron pairs for sale and movement as soon as the calves are ready to move. Every cow sold will have a calf in tow and any cows that are not right will be sorted out. These are proven functional cows. Calves came out of purebred D&N bulls from Peebles, Sk.

Breeding info: All cows were bred to D & N bulls from Peebles SK. They bought my heifer calves at premium prices last year. The steers were bought by a feedlot on team auction that were looking for animals bred by their bulls. They were going to buy them again this year.

Feeding program: This year we were able to winter graze till Jan. They continued to graze but were supplemented with 10 lbs of alfalfa bales per cow with a liquid mineral supplement. Right now they are grazing crested wheat grass.

Details: They have always raised good uniform calves. We do calve later but we averaged 575lbs on steers last year.
