Feeding program: Heifers are backgrounded at a targeted 1.5 - 2lbs per day, before being kicked out onto grass early in the spring with some supplementation until grass is rolling. They will be rotationally grazed through the summer. After preg checking they will go out to swath grazing with any required supplement given that is required. They have been on a very good mineral program from arrival until they get on the truck

Details: The Heifers are going to be vet checked prior to going out to grass. Anything with any concern on pelvic structure will be shipped . This is a top cut of 200hfrs. All heifers are similar in phenotype with good feet and foot structure to go out to work for years to come. They also travel well when walking. They are going to be carefully selected. Heifers all have good depth of body and width in the pins to go out and become good trouble free cows. Anything heads up’ish will not be tolerated as we work these animals as a family and we have 2 smaller kids. They are very used to being handled with the bud Williams principles. I'm not good at taking pictures of cows with my phone so I would think that there are better than the pictures ! The buyer is welcome to come out and have a look at them anytime with a little bit of notice. I'm also willing to gate run 60 hfrs and allow the buyer to sort off 10. Very willing to accommodate buyer’s requests and pick up date.
