Seller is offering lot sorting down to 5 head, so buyer has choice to colour sort. March 15 calving start date. These heifers are on native pasture in Munson, AB. pictures depict them in their range condition. Quiet heifers, not afraid to approach you. This is an assembled package of heifers from a neighbour’s herd. Buyer allowed to sort to preference.

Details: Keep pushing for Regenerative Practices. 17 of these heifers (52) in total we own and are from our own herd. The remainder are bought heifers from November 2025. These animals came from a good friend and an old neighbour, so I know the herds well enough and they are good girls. I aim for calving ease, just want them born easily so both baby and mother can match up quickly. I believe that is key to less sickness later on in the calf’s life. Feeding operation is 98% forage based, some grain is added for the cows after they calve, not usually before hand unless it is already in the Cover Crop Greenfeed. Feedlot animals and or breeding heifers usually only get 2lbs of Barley or Pea grain plus the reccomended Forage. Udder selection is on going like everyone, never really had any foot issues.
